We're hiring a Delivery Rider to spread delivery joy to customers by ensuring their orders arrive quickly and reliably. This role creates impact in Amsterdam by maintaining our delivery standards and enhancing customer satisfaction through timely and friendly service. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver customer orders (e.g., food, groceries) using your own e-bike, scooter, or car, ensuring timely and safe arrival. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service during every interaction. - Follow local traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure secure and efficient deliveries. - Work scheduled shifts, including at least one weekday evening and one weekend evening per week, as assigned by the local team. - Communicate proactively with the support team to resolve any delivery issues or customer concerns promptly.
- Earn a fixed hourly wage based on age (e.g., €15.89/hour for 21+ years old) including holiday allowance and holiday hours. - Keep 100% of any tips earned during deliveries. - Enjoy a supportive local team that guides and assists with scheduling and operational needs.
