Key Responsibilities: - Deliver food orders to customers across Amsterdam using your preferred vehicle (bike, scooter, or car), ensuring timely and safe delivery while maintaining order accuracy and customer satisfaction. - Maintain a high level of customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to customer inquiries or issues during deliveries. - Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols, reporting any incidents or vehicle maintenance needs promptly to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions. - Track and manage delivery times using the company’s app to optimize routes and meet performance targets, contributing to overall operational efficiency. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices, new features, and company policies that enhance service quality. - Handle cashless transactions and ensure all orders are delivered with the correct receipts or digital confirmations, maintaining transparency and trust with customers and restaurants.
