Versatile Consulting is a boutique management consulting firm specializing in organisational transformation, target operating model (TOM) design and implementation, and change enablement. We work with clients navigating complex change to drive performance, agility, and sustainable growth. We are currently seeking a high-potential MBA student to join us as an intern and support ongoing strategic projects. --- *Key Responsibilities* As part of a small and agile team, the selected intern will gain exposure to high-impact projects and contribute meaningfully across the following areas: * Conduct structured analysis and research, including industry benchmarking and organizational diagnostics. * Support the design and execution of Target Operating Models (TOM) and change management processes. * Assist in the preparation of client deliverables – presentations, reports, decision logs, process documentation, and lessons learned. * Contribute to project planning and coordination, including status tracking and stakeholder communication. * Support the facilitation of workshops and working sessions with client teams. --- *Desired Profile* We are looking for a self-motivated and intellectually curious individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Currently pursuing an MBA or Master’s in Business/Management. * Strong interest in organisational development, transformation, or organisational psychology. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal). * Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently when needed. * Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to learn. * Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required. * Availability to work from our office in Barcelona. --- *What We Offer* * Hands-on experience working on real consulting projects. * Mentorship from experienced consultants and a collaborative working environment. * A meaningful role in shaping strategic initiatives for growing organisations. * Opportunity to deepen your understanding of transformation, TOM, and change leadership in a practical setting.
