We're hiring a Youth Mentor to facilitate students' academic growth and personal development, integrating seamlessly within a dedicated team at local schools. This role creates significant positive impact by fostering student success and overall well-being for students in Napa, California, through an onsite arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate structured activities, games, and sports during active recess sessions, actively encouraging positive student behaviors and teaching conflict resolution skills to promote a harmonious environment. - Deliver individualized and small-group academic support in subjects like reading, writing, and math, collaborating with teachers to reinforce learning goals and foster positive habits. - Implement provided curriculum to guide students needing additional support in skill development and relationship-building, acting as a positive adult role model to foster personal growth.
