We're hiring a Warehouse Order Picker to accurately retrieve and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining warehouse safety and efficiency. This role operates in a warehouse environment at our Bishop Lane, Louisville location in a hybrid work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately pick and prepare orders using an RF Scanner, ensuring 99%+ order accuracy and timely fulfillment. - Retrieve items from warehouse racks using barcodes, serial numbers, and proper lifting techniques, maintaining inventory accuracy in the ERP system. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to OSHA standards and company safety protocols. - Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory efficiently and safely across the warehouse. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets and support warehouse operations during peak periods.
