We're hiring a Utility Inspector to facilitate projects by performing qualified distribution aerial inspections via desktop reviews of drone footage. This role creates impact by ensuring the safety of distribution electric lines across California while working remotely in a hybrid schedule (Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm PDT). Key Responsibilities: - Review aerial drone data in the form of video and/or photographs to assess distribution power poles for visual integrity, asset management discrepancies, and vegetation clearance. - Collaborate with internal and external inspectors to resolve inspection review questions and ensure alignment on safety standards. - Utilize specialized computer systems and programs to inspect power poles for structural integrity, GPS accuracy, and compliance with utility regulations.
