Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their destinations using navigation assistance and adhering to traffic laws, ensuring a 98% on-time arrival rate. - Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a clean vehicle, exhibiting a professional demeanor, and assisting passengers with needs, leading to an average customer satisfaction score of 4.7/5. - Efficiently manage driving routes and time using the Uber app's turn-by-turn directions and support features, completing an average of 3 trips per hour.
