We're hiring a driver to provide rides and deliveries, connecting with customers and ensuring timely service. This role operates in a flexible, on-demand capacity, allowing you to set your own hours. You will be the face of Uber in your local area, contributing to a seamless transportation experience. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and Uber's operational efficiency. This role is based in various locations and offers a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers or deliver goods to specified destinations, adhering to traffic laws and providing excellent customer service. - Utilize the Uber app to accept rides or deliveries, navigate efficiently, and manage your schedule to maximize earnings and availability. - Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure a comfortable and reliable experience for all passengers or for the goods being transported.
- Cash out earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay. - Rent a car by the hour, day, or week if you don't own a vehicle. - Receive support throughout the sign-up process and on the road.
- Have at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25). - Use an eligible 4-door vehicle and have an iPhone or Android smartphone. - Meet minimum age to drive in your city and consent to a driver screening.
