This role operates independently within a flexible framework, serving diverse communities and ensuring timely arrivals in a dynamic urban environment. Key Responsibilities: - Transport passengers safely and courteously to their destinations using the Uber app and GPS navigation, ensuring adherence to traffic laws and providing a positive customer experience. - Accept ride requests, manage pick-up and drop-off points efficiently, and maintain vehicle cleanliness to uphold Uber's service standards and achieve high rider satisfaction ratings. - Navigate efficiently using real-time traffic data and app guidance, troubleshoot any issues with the app or vehicle, and provide excellent customer service to build rider loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Guaranteed earnings of at least $2745 for completing 165 trips within the first 30 days, with the potential to earn more through tips and promotions. - Flexible schedule allowing drivers to control when and where they drive, accommodating various needs like part-time, full-time, or seasonal work. - Instant Pay feature enabling drivers to cash out earnings up to 5 times a day, providing immediate access to income.
- Must be 21 years old or older with at least one year of driving experience in the U.S. (3 years if under 23). - Requires a 4-door vehicle, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance. - Previous experience in transportation roles such as delivery driver or taxi chauffeur is considered advantageous, along with experience in peer-to-peer ridesharing networks.
