We're hiring a Driver to help people get around their city and deliver services, connecting riders and drivers to create a seamless transportation experience. This role creates impact by providing flexible earning opportunities in cities across the globe and enabling convenient transportation for users. Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate a vehicle for passenger transport or goods delivery, adhering to all traffic laws and Uber's community guidelines, to ensure timely and reliable service. - Utilize a smartphone with the Uber app to accept rides, navigate efficiently using GPS, and manage earnings, ensuring a smooth experience for both driver and rider. - Provide excellent customer service to passengers, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the ride, ensuring passenger satisfaction and positive ratings.
- Cash out earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay. - Decide how much or little you want to drive and earn with flexible gig, part-time, full-time, seasonal, hourly, or temporary options. - Access to rental partners for cars by the hour, day, or week if you don't own a vehicle.
- At least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25). - Requires an eligible 4-door vehicle and a valid US Driver’s license, proof of residency, and vehicle insurance if applicable. - Must have an iPhone or Android smartphone and consent to a driver screening and background check.
