This role empowers drivers to create direct impact by connecting riders with essential transport, operating onsite with significant scheduling flexibility. Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate a personal vehicle, utilizing the Uber driver application to accept and complete trip requests, ensuring efficient passenger transport. - Maintain high customer service standards, actively communicating with riders for smooth pickups and drop-offs, achieving positive ratings and feedback. - Manage personal driving schedule effectively, leveraging in-app demand indicators to maximize earnings potential, ensuring reliable and consistent service.
- Access earnings instantly, up to five times daily via Instant Pay, providing immediate financial liquidity for drivers. - Enjoy complete schedule autonomy, setting personal driving hours to align with individual availability and earning goals.
- Possess a minimum of one year of licensed driving experience in the US, increasing to three years for drivers under 25. - Utilize an eligible 4-door vehicle and an iPhone or Android smartphone for seamless platform operation. - Demonstrate accountability by consenting to comprehensive driver screening and background checks for rider safety.
