This role operates as an independent contractor, allowing flexibility in hours and earnings, connecting you with riders needing a lift. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their destinations using a personal or rented vehicle, adhering to traffic laws and providing excellent customer service. - Navigate effectively using smartphone apps and GPS, ensuring timely arrivals and efficient route planning to maximize earnings and rider satisfaction. - Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure compliance with Uber's vehicle standards, providing a comfortable and professional experience for all passengers.
- Cash out earnings up to 5 times daily with Instant Pay, providing immediate access to your income. - Be your own boss and decide how much or little you want to drive and earn, offering ultimate control over your work schedule. - Access to Uber's rental partners to rent a car by the hour, day, or week if you don't own a vehicle.
- Have at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25 years old). - Possess a valid US driver's license, proof of residency, and vehicle insurance if using your own car. - Own an eligible 4-door vehicle or rent one through Uber's partners; consent to driver screening and background check.
