We're hiring a Driver to provide transportation services, connecting riders with reliable and safe rides across various locations. This role operates independently, offering flexibility while contributing to efficient urban mobility and customer satisfaction. This role creates impact by providing accessible transportation in cities and towns, and will involve driving in various locations, supporting a remote work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure a positive rider experience. - Utilize a smartphone navigation app to efficiently plan routes, accept ride requests, and manage your schedule to maximize earnings and minimize downtime. - Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure all safety requirements are met, providing a comfortable and secure environment for all passengers.
- You can cash out your earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay. - Drivers have the flexibility to decide how much or little they want to drive and earn. - Uber has rental partners available that allow you to rent a car by the hour, day, or week.
- At least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if you are under 25 years old). - Requires an eligible 4-door vehicle, a valid US Driver’s license, and proof of vehicle insurance if driving your own. - Must have an iPhone or Android smartphone and consent to driver screening and background check.
