The primary function is to ferry passengers to their destinations, maximizing earnings through strategic driving and customer engagement. This role creates impact by enabling convenient and accessible transportation in various locations, and it is an onsite role. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure passenger safety and comfort by adhering to all traffic laws and company driving policies, delivering a consistently positive rider experience. - Navigate efficiently to destinations using the app's GPS and provide courteous customer service, aiming for high rider satisfaction ratings and repeat business. - Manage driving schedule effectively to maximize trip completion and earnings, utilizing flexible hours to meet personal income goals and adapt to demand.
- Guaranteed earnings of at least $915 for your first 100 trips within 30 days, with the potential to earn more through tips and promotions. - Flexible schedule control, allowing you to determine your own working hours and locations, with the ability to cash out up to 5 times a day. - Access to 24/7 driver support and turn-by-turn directions through the app, ensuring assistance is always available when needed.
- Must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid 4-door vehicle, U.S. driver's license, and vehicle insurance. - Requires at least one year of driving experience in the U.S., with a minimum of three years if under 23 years old. - Previous experience in transportation roles such as delivery driver or taxi driver is welcomed, as are those from other peer-to-peer ridesharing networks.
