Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers or deliver goods using a personal or rented vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and Uber's community guidelines for reliable service. - Manage flexible work hours and routes using the Uber driver application, optimizing personal earnings and service efficiency based on demand data. - Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and customer service, ensuring positive rider experiences and contributing to favorable ratings and repeat business.
- Receive earnings up to 5 times a day through Instant Pay, providing immediate access to your cash without waiting for traditional pay cycles. - Enjoy complete flexibility by setting your own schedule and choosing when to drive, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments effectively. - Access vehicle rental partners like Hertz or Avis if you do not own a car, enabling immediate start without upfront vehicle investment.
- Possess at least 1 year of licensed driving experience in the US, or 3 years if under 25 years old, demonstrating safe driving history. - Own or have access to an eligible 4-door vehicle, and an iPhone or Android smartphone, for consistent app access and reliable service delivery. - Consent to a comprehensive driver screening and background check, ensuring compliance with safety standards and community trust for all users.
