We're hiring an Uber Driver to provide on-demand transportation services, connecting riders with safe and reliable rides throughout the city. This role operates within a flexible, independent model, allowing you to choose when and where you drive, explicitly mentioning the Uber platform and the freedom it offers. Key Responsibilities: - Transport passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations using a personal or rented vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines. - Provide a positive customer service experience for all riders, ensuring a comfortable and professional journey from pickup to drop-off. - Navigate using GPS and optimize routes to minimize travel time and maximize earnings, adapting to real-time traffic conditions.
- Instant Pay allows cash out up to 5 times a day for immediate access to earnings. - You have the flexibility to decide how much or how little you want to drive and earn on your own schedule. - Uber offers partnerships with rental companies for hourly, daily, or weekly car rentals if you do not own an eligible vehicle.
- Have at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if under 25 years old). - Possess an eligible 4-door vehicle, a valid US driver's license, proof of residency, and vehicle insurance if driving your own car. - Must consent to a driver screening and background check, and have an iPhone or Android smartphone.
