We're hiring a Transport operations manager to achieve network KPI & budget targets, driving continuous improvement and optimization across delivery operations. This role drives impact by ensuring efficient network outcomes and cost optimization within the Belgium Market, leveraging analytical insights in a Hybrid setup. Key Responsibilities: - End to end accountability for network outcomes such as on time delivery, delivery times, undelivered orders, courier rejections etc. - Budget accountability and responsible for identifying and executing delivery network costs optimisation efforts (e.g. cost per order, onboarding cost). - Implementation and administration of desired configurations for courier fees, incentives, and assignment logic, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with network goals.
- Possess 3+ years of experience in data analysis tools and budget ownership, driving operational targets in a digital-first environment. - Utilize advanced data and analysis tools, including statistical and predictive modeling, to extract insights for data-driven decisions. - Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive results effectively.
