Key Responsibilities: - Achieve network KPIs such as on-time delivery and optimize delivery times by analyzing performance data and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - Manage budget accountability, identify and execute cost optimization efforts for the delivery network, leveraging financial forecasting to improve overall financial performance. - Implement and administer operational configurations for courier fees, incentives, and assignment logic to ensure optimal courier utilization and maintain high service quality.
- 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools in an operational context, driving actionable insights and making data-informed decisions effectively. - Proficiency in various data analysis tools and statistical modeling techniques, coupled with the ability to quickly master complex network-specific tools. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, proven by influencing senior stakeholders and driving results across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
