Key Responsibilities: - Manage network performance using key metrics like on-time delivery and courier rejection rates to ensure consistent achievement of operational outcomes. - Optimize budget utilization by identifying and executing cost reduction efforts, including cost per order and onboarding expenses, to improve financial efficiency. - Configure and administer operational settings for courier fees, incentives, and assignment logic to optimize network efficiency and courier performance.
- Possess 3+ years of professional experience leveraging data and analysis tools to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decisions within an operational context. - Demonstrate proven success in a budget-ownership role, including hands-on experience with forecasting functions, to manage and optimize financial resources effectively. - Exhibit a strong track record of consistently driving and achieving operational targets, showcasing an ability to deliver measurable results, preferably within digital-first settings.
