Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end accountability for network outcomes, including on-time delivery and courier rejections, ensuring efficient service levels and customer satisfaction KPIs are met. - Manage budget accountability for the delivery network, identifying and executing cost optimization efforts such as cost per order, leveraging analytical tools for financial insights. - Evaluate and implement operational configurations across courier fees, incentives, and assignment logic, ensuring optimal network performance and strategic alignment with business goals.
- 3+ years experience in data analysis and budget ownership, with a proven track record of driving operational targets in a digital-first environment. - Proficiency in leveraging analytical tools for deriving actionable insights and making data-driven decisions, with the ability to quickly learn complex network tools. - Excellent stakeholder management skills demonstrated by influencing key stakeholders and driving results in cross-functional areas, coupled with strong communication.
