- 0+ years experience leading and developing engineering teams, delivering high-quality software projects, and driving best practices in development. - Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and skilled in Kotlin, Java, or .NET for developing robust, scalable services. - Able to work independently on complex problems, and coach engineers to drive a high-performance culture within the team effectively.
