We're hiring a Technology Manager to lead the Partner Assistance team, driving technical delivery and innovation across cross-functional teams. This role creates significant impact by leading the development of AI-driven platforms, automating high-volume partner contacts, and enhancing global self-service. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee technical delivery of Partner AI Voice Agent and Partner Assistant chatbot initiatives, ensuring successful deployment and functionality in production. - Coordinate complex system integrations across internal and third-party systems like Zendesk, ensuring feature parity and enhanced capabilities for partners. - Define goals and objectives for engineers and provide technical leadership, fostering a high-performance culture and driving career development within the team.
