We're hiring a Surrogacy Case Manager to serve as a primary guide for intended parents and surrogates throughout their surrogacy journey, ensuring seamless coordination and emotional support. This role creates impact by fostering trust and confidence between all parties involved in the surrogacy process. The position is based in {Location} and operates in a {Work_Mode} environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage surrogacy journeys from initial match through postpartum, acting as the primary point of contact for intended parents, surrogates, and healthcare providers, ensuring alignment and satisfaction at every stage. - Coordinate communication and logistics between intended parents, surrogates, IVF clinics, reproductive attorneys, and insurance providers, ensuring all medical, legal, and contractual milestones are met on time. - Provide compassionate, non-clinical emotional support and education to intended parents and surrogates, addressing concerns and de-escalating conflicts to maintain positive relationships throughout the journey.

- Active LMSW or LCSW license in the U.S. with a minimum of 3-5 years of post-graduate social work experience in women’s health, fertility, adoption, or family services. - Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to support families in emotionally sensitive situations, including comfort with virtual tools and case management platforms. - Flexibility to occasionally support clients outside standard business hours due to time zones, evening calls, or urgent situations.
