Job description

We're hiring a Store Manager to oversee the launch and operations of our new Montecito Country Mart location, ensuring its success from day one. This role will drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and create an exceptional customer experience in a luxury retail environment. The Store Manager will shape the store’s culture, meet ambitious sales targets, and foster client relationships while operating in a hybrid onsite/remote model based in Montecito, California. Key Responsibilities: - Directly manage, coach, and motivate a sales team to exceed sales goals by developing and executing strategic action plans, fostering high performance and accountability. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling and client book management, resolving customer concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. - Oversee store presentation, visual merchandising, and inventory communication to corporate, ensuring alignment with brand standards and driving business growth. - Track and analyze KPIs such as Conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and Units Per Transaction (UPT) to inform decisions and optimize store performance. - Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet business needs, while organizing and executing in-store events to boost engagement and sales. - Provide daily store recaps to corporate on sales, returns, and product feedback, ensuring compliance with company policies and retail procedures.

Job requirements
