Job description

We're hiring a Staff Pharmacist to ensure the safe, accurate, and compliant compounding of medications while upholding the highest standards of patient care and regulatory adherence. This role directly impacts patient wellness and supports FarmaKeio’s mission of advancing personalized medicine. Key Responsibilities: - Review and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness for patients, ensuring compliance with FDA and USP guidelines. - Compound and dispense medications following regulatory guidelines and patient-specific instructions, maintaining strict quality control. - Provide consultation to healthcare professionals and patients on medication usage and potential side effects, fostering trust and understanding.

Job requirements

- 2+ years of experience in a compounding pharmacy environment, preferably within a 503A or 503B regulated setting, ensuring regulatory compliance. - Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited U.S. College of Pharmacy and a current pharmacist license in Arkansas, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses. - Familiarity with FDA regulations, USP standards, and cGMP principles to maintain high-quality compounding practices.
