We're hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students with communication disorders, improving their educational performance and quality of life. This role operates on a school-based calendar (Monday–Friday) in a hybrid work arrangement (on-site & remote) within the PST timezone. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive communication evaluations using standardized tools and classroom observations to assess student needs and develop tailored treatment plans. - Develop and monitor IEP goals aligned with student needs, providing individual, group, consultative, and classroom-embedded SLP services to address speech and language challenges. - Partner with teachers, BCBAs, OTs, and families to integrate communication strategies and AAC systems, ensuring skills are generalized across environments and communication partners.

- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an ASHA-accredited program and Washington State SLP license with CCC-SLP certification. - Pediatric or school-based experience preferred, with strong clinical background in communication disorders and language development. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills to collaborate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
