Job description

We're hiring a Service Technician to maintain and repair pools, spas, and saunas as part of a collaborative service team. This role creates impact by ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable, high-quality service in {Location} with a {Work_Mode} schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Lead Technicians to perform high-quality repairs and routine maintenance on pools, spas, and saunas, ensuring all work meets company standards and customer expectations. - Conduct active field work for 7–10 hours daily, traveling between job sites in a company vehicle while representing Pool World professionally in customer interactions. - Assist with equipment installations, complex troubleshooting, and heavy lifting tasks, maintaining a focus on technical accuracy and customer satisfaction in all service delivery.

Job requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a relatively clean record for the last 5 years to ensure insurability under corporate auto insurance. - Physical stamina to lift at least 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining productivity and professionalism. - Professional mindset with a reliable, trustworthy, and team-oriented attitude, paired with a desire to learn and grow within the pool and spa service trade.
