We're hiring a Service Manager to lead our service department and drive operational excellence while ensuring customer satisfaction and team development. This role creates impact by managing a high-performing team, optimizing profitability, and maintaining strong vendor relationships in Cicero, NY and onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure consistently high internal and external customer satisfaction across the service department through proactive engagement and issue resolution. - Drive profitability by increasing sales, gross profit, and managing P&L and labor costs to meet or exceed monthly budget projections. - Build and lead a high-performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Porters, and Detailers through hiring, development, and retention best practices.
