Key Responsibilities: - Design and deploy robust security controls and guardrails for cloud-native platforms, including AI solutions, to protect customer-facing products effectively. - Automate critical security processes as code, integrating compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines, shipping over 100 times daily for enhanced security. - Conduct thorough risk audits and vulnerability assessments, translating findings into actionable recommendations for various engineering teams' swift resolution.
- 5+ years experience in designing and deploying applications or tooling within complex cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Proficiency in Python, C#, or Java for automating security processes, coupled with expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Compliance as Code (CaC). - Confident stakeholder management, effectively translating security risks and technical decisions for product and engineering teams to ensure aligned actions.
