We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join the Customer UX team, shaping global customer apps and websites for food ordering. This role drives customer acquisition and retention through impactful promotions, working hybrid in London or Bristol, with 2 days remote. Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative product design solutions for core user problems, crafting pixel-perfect UI in Figma and shipping well-tested features to enhance consumer takeaway experiences. - Leverage AI tools confidently throughout the design lifecycle, utilizing generative prototyping and synthesis to accelerate production assets across responsive web and mobile apps efficiently. - Conduct user research and usability studies with UX researchers, leveraging AI-assisted tools for analysis, transforming insights into data-validated product solutions to monitor performance.
- Proven experience in end-to-end product design, delivering high-impact UX&D work for consumer products across mobile and responsive web. - Proficient in Figma, Principle, or Framer for high-fidelity prototyping and design systems, actively leveraging modern AI tools for accelerated workflows. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, demonstrated by facilitating workshops, leading design sprints, and influencing senior stakeholders with design vision.
