Key Responsibilities: - Analyse user navigation data and identify pain points on the platform, providing performance insights and monitoring KPIs for product managers. - Build quantitative understanding of user behavior and journeys, guiding product design decisions through clear data interpretation. - Act as primary contact for behavioral analysis using Google Analytics, Snowplow, and BigQuery, explaining technical topics to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, Google BigQuery, Tableau, and Snowplow for data visualization and comprehensive user behavior analysis. - Hands-on experience in A/B testing and experimentation to inform critical product decisions, ensuring impactful changes are implemented. - Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
