We're hiring a Senior PHP Engineer to drive the technical future of our platform and mentor the next generation of developers. This role creates impact in a dynamic, hybrid work environment based in Rotterdam, Groningen, Dusseldorf, or London, with a focus on scalability and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Take full architectural and technical ownership of platform features and product improvements, ensuring scalability and reliability. - Drive the development of job distribution, direct apply, and programmatic advertising systems using PHP, MySQL, and Symfony. - Mentor, coach, and conduct code reviews for junior and medior engineers, fostering skill development and team growth. - Make independent, strategic technical decisions to enhance platform scalability, reliability, and future-readiness. - Champion clean code, modern development practices, and domain-driven design across the team. - Collaborate with product stakeholders and external partners to align on technical specifications and integrations.
