We're hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to champion and accelerate the growth of our German restaurant partners, serving as a strategic engine within the marketing team. This role drives market share and impactful activations for local food lovers in Berlin and Germany, working in a hybrid arrangement to optimize brand presence. Key Responsibilities: - Own the marketing relationship with restaurant partners by co-creating and aligning on comprehensive Growth Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that drive mutual volume and brand loyalty. - Plan, launch, and project-manage multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to specific local hero chains, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and order frequency efficiently. - Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance against KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimise ROI and uncover new growth levers for assigned brands.
