Job description

We're hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive brand and partner success within the German marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Partner Germany. This role is the strategic and creative engine behind key accounts, responsible for creating Growth Joint Business Plans and owning the execution of co-marketing campaigns to drive market share in Berlin and Germany, with a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Own the marketing relationship with restaurant partners to co-create and align on comprehensive Growth Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that drive mutual volume and brand loyalty for Lieferando. - Plan, launch, and project-manage multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to local hero chains, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and order frequency for our partners. - Constantly monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance against KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimise ROI and uncover new growth levers for assigned restaurant brands.

Job requirements

- Possess several years of marketing experience, ideally within food delivery, QSR marketing, tech, or account-based partner marketing domains. - Demonstrate strong data-driven analytical skills to monitor campaign performance, draw conclusions, and pivot strategies based on concrete metrics and insights. - Exhibit exceptional communication skills for confident stakeholder management, fostering relationships with high-profile restaurant founders and internal teams.
