We're hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to champion and accelerate the growth of our restaurant partners within the German marketing team, reporting to the Head of Partner Germany. This role drives market share and brand resonance for Lieferando's partners in Berlin and Germany, executing impactful activations with a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities: - Own the marketing relationship with restaurant partners, co-creating and aligning comprehensive Growth Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to drive mutual volume and brand loyalty. - Plan, launch, and project-manage multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored for local hero chains, enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, and order frequency. - Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance against KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize ROI and uncover growth levers.

Job requirements

- Possess several years of marketing experience, ideally rooted in food delivery, QSR marketing, tech, or account-based partner marketing, with commercial acumen. - Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset with data-driven instincts, capable of monitoring campaign performance, drawing conclusions, and pivoting strategies based on metrics. - Exhibit exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to confidently oversee relationships with high-profile restaurant founders and internal corporate teams.
