We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager Social Media to lead our brand's organic social, creator, and influencer presence, shaping strategy. This role drives cultural relevance and preference, supporting brand and business goals in Berlin with a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end Organic Social and Influencer strategy and execution for Germany, defining how the brand appears culturally and creatively. - Own the editorial direction and content calendar across organic channels, connecting always-on content, creators, campaigns, and cultural moments cohesively. - Build and develop a distinctive Creator ecosystem, collaborating with the Influencer agency for identification, briefing, activation, and relationships.
