Job description

We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager Social Media to lead how our brand shows up across organic social and through creators and influencers in the German market. This role creates significant impact by shaping and executing comprehensive social media and influencer strategies, driving cultural relevance and brand preference within our Berlin office, utilizing a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end Organic Social and Influencer strategy and execution for Germany, setting a clear vision for cultural and creative brand presence. - Act as Social Media Editor-in-Chief, owning editorial direction and content calendar across organic channels to create a coherent social ecosystem for campaigns. - Build and develop a distinctive Creator ecosystem, working with the Influencer agency on identification, briefing, activation, and longer-term relationship management.

Job requirements

- 5+ years experience managing Social Media, Influencer, or Creator Marketing for recognized consumer brands, demonstrating strategic leadership. - Proficiency with common Social Media management and measurement tools, utilizing data for strategic decision-making and performance optimization. - Demonstrate strong cross-functional skills, effectively aligning stakeholders to seamlessly integrate social and influencer strategies into campaigns.
