We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager Social Media to lead how our brand shows up across organic social and through creators and influencers, reporting into the Head of Brand Germany. This role shapes and executes our Social Media and Influencer strategy, driving cultural relevance and brand preference in Berlin, working in a hybrid arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end Organic Social and Influencer strategy and execution for Germany, setting a clear vision for the brand's cultural and creative presence via creators. - Act as Social Media Editor-in-Chief by owning editorial direction and content calendar, connecting always-on content, creators, campaigns, and cultural moments into a coherent Social ecosystem. - Build and develop a distinctive Creator ecosystem, collaborating with the Influencer agency on identification, briefing, activation, and nurturing long-term relationships for strategic impact.

Job requirements

- Possess extensive hands-on experience managing Social Media, Influencer, or Creator Marketing for recognized consumer brands in-house or agency-side. - Demonstrate proven hands-on experience with common Social Media management and measurement tools, utilizing data effectively for decision-making. - Exhibit excellent project management skills, adept at balancing multiple priorities, agencies, and deadlines while maintaining strong cross-functional alignment.
