We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager Social Media to lead how our brand shows up across organic social and through creators and influencers, shaping and executing our Social Media and Influencer strategy. This role drives cultural relevance, consideration, and preference, supporting broader brand and business goals from our Berlin-Kreuzberg office with a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end organic social and influencer strategy and execution in Germany, defining brand presence culturally, creatively, and through creators. - Act as Social Media Editor-in-Chief, owning editorial direction and content calendar across organic channels, integrating content, creators, and campaigns. - Manage relationships with social media and influencer agencies, steering strategic direction, creative quality, and day-to-day operational excellence.
