We're hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to collaboratively design, build, and productionize machine learning systems, fitting within our large Product and Tech group. This role creates impact by optimizing logistics algorithms, solving supply/demand challenges in Berlin, with a hybrid work arrangement from our office. Key Responsibilities: - Researching, implementing, and deploying innovative ML techniques applicable to logistics problems to enhance predictive capabilities and operational efficiency greatly. - Scaling and transferring novel machine learning solutions to improve our decision-making processes and solutions in their different product use cases effectively. - Implementing and launching Data Science applications that coordinate with front-facing solutions, ensuring constant improvements using performant and efficient ML models.
- Demonstrate strong experience in Machine Learning, developing real-time data streaming technologies specifically for forecast or logistics products effectively. - Exhibit strong coding and software engineering skills in Python, utilizing cloud services (AWS, GCP), and deploying production systems with Kubernetes. - Able to work independently and solve complex problems, while fostering strong collaboration with multi-functional teams to drive best practices.
