We're hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Data Science team within the Product and Tech group, contributing to the development of intelligent applications. This role creates impact by collaboratively designing, building, and productionizing ML systems in Berlin, working 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely. Key Responsibilities: - Researching, implementing, and deploying innovative ML techniques applicable to logistics problems to enhance decision-making processes and product use cases. - Scaling and transferring novel machine learning solutions to improve our decision making processes and solutions in their different product use cases, ensuring efficient integration. - Implementing and launching Data Science applications that coordinate with front facing solutions, continuously improving them using performant and efficient ML models.
- Strong experience in Machine Learning, developing real time data streaming technologies for forecast or logistics products, with a focus on productionizing solutions. - Proficiency in Python, cloud services like AWS/GCP, and familiarity with Kubernetes for deployment; experience with Airflow/MLflow/Docker/Flink is a plus. - Ability to work independently and solve complex problems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive forward best practices in system design.
