We're hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to collaboratively design, build, and productionize machine learning systems within the large Product and Tech Data Science team. This role creates significant impact by developing solutions for logistics and optimizing algorithms to ensure efficient, profitable delivery services in Berlin (hybrid). Key Responsibilities: - Researching, implementing, and deploying innovative ML techniques to solve complex logistics problems, enhancing delivery efficiency and service reliability. - Scaling and transferring novel machine learning solutions to improve decision-making processes across various product use cases, driving operational excellence. - Implementing and launching performant Data Science applications that coordinate with front-facing solutions, ensuring constant improvements in delivery operations.
- 5+ years experience in machine learning, developing real-time data streaming technologies for logistics products and large-scale systems. - Proficient in Python for software engineering, with experience in cloud services (AWS, GCP) and production deployments using Kubernetes. - Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, demonstrated by working independently and driving best practices within multi-functional teams.
