We're hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Data Science team within the Product and Tech group, contributing to innovative application development. This role focuses on designing, building, and productionizing ML systems to optimize logistics algorithms and improve delivery operations in Berlin, working in a hybrid arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Researching, implementing, and deploying innovative ML techniques applicable to logistics problems, improving decision-making processes and product use cases. - Scaling and transferring novel machine learning solutions to enhance existing systems and introduce new capabilities for demand and supply challenges. - Implementing and launching Data Science applications that coordinate with front-facing solutions, ensuring continuous improvement with performant and efficient ML models.
- Strong experience in Machine Learning, developing real-time data streaming technologies for forecast or logistics products. - Strong coding and software engineering skills in Python; familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP for deployment in production. - Experience collaborating closely with multi-functional teams, driving forward best practices and enhancing collective problem-solving.
