This role improves JET's ability to support strategically important partnership activity in Germany, delivering senior legal judgment onsite within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead legal support for Germany's high-complexity partnership matters, guiding strategic negotiations and handling escalations to ensure favorable commercial outcomes and reduced risk. - Advise senior commercial stakeholders on optimal contract strategy, risk allocation, and negotiation positions for material partner arrangements, strengthening market agreements. - Handle intricate disputes and regulatory commercial issues, mitigating significant financial or reputational exposure through expert legal resolution strategies.
