This role improves JET's ability to reduce contract risk and strengthen consistency in a key market, operating from Germany in an onsite capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Lead legal support for higher-complexity partnership matters, including strategic negotiations, escalations, and sensitive commercial issues to ensure favorable outcomes. - Advise senior commercial stakeholders on contract strategy, risk allocation, and negotiation positions for material partner arrangements to safeguard company interests. - Handle complex disputes, regulatory-touching commercial issues, and matters with significant financial or reputational exposure, ensuring effective resolution and risk mitigation.
- Qualified lawyer with strong experience in commercial contracts, strategic negotiations, and complex legal advisory, demonstrating expertise in relevant legal fields. - German-speaking with a strong understanding of the German legal and commercial environment, specifically relevant to partner-facing agreements. - Proven ability to handle escalations, disputes, and non-standard risk positions with limited supervision, alongside strong judgment and stakeholder management skills.
