We're hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to lead complex partnership legal support in Germany, integrating expertise across commercial teams. This role critically reduces contract risk and strengthens decision-making, ensuring legal excellence for JET's operations onsite in Berlin. Key Responsibilities: - Lead complex strategic negotiations for higher-complexity partnership matters, applying legal expertise to secure favorable commercial agreements and outcomes. - Advise senior commercial stakeholders on contract strategy and risk allocation, utilizing deep legal knowledge to inform robust negotiation positions and minimize exposure. - Handle complex disputes and regulatory-touching commercial issues, coordinating with central teams to provide clear recommendations and frame risks effectively.
