Job description

We're hiring a Senior legal counsel to lead legal support for complex partnership matters, ensuring effective strategic negotiations and commercial issue resolution. This role improves JET's ability to support strategic partnership activity in Germany, reducing contract risk and strengthening consistent, confident decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead legal support for higher-complexity partnership matters, guiding strategic negotiations and resolving sensitive commercial issues with expert advice. - Advise senior commercial stakeholders on contract strategy, risk allocation, and negotiation positions for material partner arrangements in the market. - Handle complex disputes, regulatory-touching commercial issues, and matters with significant financial or reputational exposure proactively.
