We're hiring a Senior legal counsel to lead legal support for complex partnership matters and advise senior commercial stakeholders on contract strategy. This role enhances JET's strategic partnership activity, reducing contract risk and strengthening confident decision-making onsite in Germany. Key Responsibilities: - Lead legal support for complex partnership matters in Germany, navigating strategic negotiations, critical escalations, and sensitive commercial issues, ensuring favorable outcomes. - Advise senior commercial stakeholders on robust contract strategy, effective risk allocation, and optimal negotiation positions for material partner arrangements in Germany. - Coordinate with central Partnerships, Compliance, and Public Affairs teams, ensuring German market issues are aligned and supported effectively, enhancing strategic objectives.
