We're hiring a Senior Key Account Manager - Retail to spearhead acquisition and dedicated support for medium to large retail partners on the Lieferando platform. This role involves close collaboration to achieve optimal results. This position creates significant impact by expanding our partner network and optimizing sales opportunities, operating in a hybrid mode from Berlin-Kreuzberg with two home office days. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and actively acquire new non-food retail partners in Germany, initiating collaborations to significantly expand our market presence and revenue streams. - Expertly negotiate strategic cooperation agreements with C-level decision-makers, ensuring favorable terms that drive mutual growth and partner satisfaction. - Provide comprehensive account relationship management for retail partners, serving as the primary contact to deliver excellent service and foster long-term strategic growth.
