We're hiring a Senior Data Analyst to drive data integrity, process efficiency, and strategic visibility across the Global Finance Operations' Record to Report team. This role creates significant impact by fostering a data-literate culture, transforming analytical insights into strategic value across Global Finance Operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis of financial data flows between primary ERP systems (e.g., Workday) and other tools to reduce manual adjustments and enhance data integrity. - Build and maintain automated reporting frameworks for R2R KPIs and OKRs to enable tower-level performance and initiative tracking for informed decision-making. - Act as a mentor, guiding colleagues on analytical tools, methods, and best practices to foster a data-literate culture and improve team capabilities.
- 3+ years experience in data analysis, transformation, and insight generation within complex finance or e-commerce environments to deliver robust data solutions. - Proficiency in Workday Finance, SQL, and BigQuery for complex data extraction and querying, along with advanced spreadsheet skills. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex finance needs into clear technical specifications and actionable insights.
