Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a dynamic, hybrid team of CRM Specialists and Developers, overseeing their development and ensuring high performance in optimizing courier lifecycle. - Orchestrate complex, multi-channel communication strategies across Email, Push, In-App, and WhatsApp to drive courier engagement and retention globally. - Champion operational efficiency by identifying and implementing communication automation solutions to replace manual tasks and scale the global delivery network.
