We're hiring a Senior CRM Team Lead to spearhead the optimization and elevation of our global courier lifecycle. This role involves leading a hybrid team of CRM Specialists and Developers, driving strategic business transformation by unifying logistics models. This role creates significant impact by orchestrating complex, multi-channel communication strategies to ensure courier engagement in Mitte in a hybrid work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a hybrid team of CRM specialists and developers, fostering a high-performance culture and delivering impactful CRM solutions. - Drive the strategic merger of distinct logistics models, developing multi-channel communication flows across Email, Push, In-App, and WhatsApp to optimize courier retention. - Champion communication automation initiatives, replacing manual operational tasks and leading critical tool migrations to scale global delivery networks.
